You can manage your talent's conflicts by navigating to the Talent Library, go to 'Manage Talent Profile' and click on 'Conflicts' at the top. You can add and edit any information you need, then just hit 'add conflict.'
Once you enter the Quick Submit area, you will also be able to 'set conflict filters' to manage which conflicts you'd like to see during the submission process.
