If you notice that a talent has not yet created an account with us, but would be a great submission for a role, you can quickly add your talent's information by clicking on the button on the far right in Quick Submit, fill out their information like email or phone number. If they have an account, they will appear when you hit 'search' and you can add them to your roster and role you are viewing.
If they don't then you will need to fill out the minimum requirements, and hit send for that talent to complete their registration.
