If you have divisions set up in your agency, you are able to use the division filter on the top right, on the quick submit page to only show only the division you're responsible for, or multiple divisions when submitting talent on projects. You are able to submit a talent, even if they are not in the division you are responsible for.
You can see which staff member submitted talent by hovering over the green number.
