Why can't I see my Talent?

If your talent has set up an account but you can't see it, it's most likely that they have not added you as their representative.


If your talent already has a profile with Casting.com there are two ways to add them to your roster:


The first way, is to have talent add you as their representative. They can do this by logging on to their account, cliking 'profiles' on the left hand side and clicking on 'add a new profile'. Talent will then be prompted to fill out the necessary information and add you as their representative. The drop down menu will not  automatically generate all agents/managers. Talent will need to physically type in and search for the name of your agency or management company.

The second way, is to add talent yourself. Click 'add talent' on the left hand side of your profile, and search by talent phone number or email (please note, the email address must be the same email address talent used in order to create an account).
